The problem is that responding that way could be seen as anti-social and counter to the cultural identity of the organization.

Companies will use everything and anything against you when they believe it’s time for you to go.

Thats why I said to make up something mildly embarrassing and completely average normal happening.

Unless you admit it, you wont be caught in a lie. And you seem "normal" to whatever litmus test of sharing something.
