Suspicious comments...

That's the most fake accounts I've ever seen in a thread. I wonder who's behind it. Seems high budget for such simple and obvious bots. Even the OP is a bot.

The news was shared somewhere on social media and people are reacting naturally. They are not tech people but they are definitely not bots either.

remember: these are just the obvious bots you can see

the ones being sponsored by big AI companies or Apple or China are a lot more subtle

Firefox with ublock origin plugin on desktop as well as android.

> But I freaking cannot stand that unbearable accent

Understandable. no offense taken :)

Interesting that you are being downvoted. People are not happy with the truth itseems.

Our state only had Sanskrit in 10, 11 and 12 and it was not taught properly.

Pusthakam (Sanskrit: Pustakam) - Book

Bhāryā - Wife

Swapnam (Sanskrit: Swapnam) - Dream

Agni (Sanskrit: Agni) - Fire

Varṇam - Color

Samayam (Sanskrit: Samayam) - Time

Vidhyālaya (Sanskrit: Vidyālaya) - School

all these are used in Telugu as well :) except maybe Varṇam for color as I never heard anyone use it

Please educate

This is a pretty good read https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/174501.India

This is a bit lighter and not specifically about India, enlightening nonetheless: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/166434.Empire

Basically, the history of British administration of India can not be summed up by the massacre of Amritsar or the sepoy wars

And if you want a perspective other than imperial apologists and colonial nostalgics, read https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/32618967-an-era-of-darkn... and https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/42972023-the-anarchy

which of the two is John Keay?

Inglorious empire is another good one by Tharoor. Provides letters and statements from British officials and officers to show the intent and exploits.

100%.

My colleague's father runs medical store. He apparently cooks the books too.
