That was an amazing talk that really made me understand why SOLID and small objects are worth the initial hesitancy. Thanks so much for linking it, I think the people at work are going to love it.

Yeah, the current theme I’m using along with Tomorrow-Night color scheme. Definitely the best minimalistic theme there is for Sublime Text.

Why it doesn’t appear in Package Control packages list, I cannot say. I think it was before.

Nil is definitely my favorite ST2 theme. Just have to always remind people to set "highlight_modified_tabs": true in their prefs though.

When a company makes claim to your after hours work, Is that the line between a "corporation" and "start up"?

I saw this at a previous company (some say it's common place). They put the legal-sleaze into the stock option documents saying employees would have to seek written consent for work outside of the company. So classy!

I feel that the web culture in general is exciting, and often, moving almost too quickly for it's own good. To me, the service companies contribute greatly to the distaste people have for working with the web. Most are churn and burn outfits solely focused on the bottom line, which drive developers away from the web in search of a better fit both career and life wise.
