Funny, because "bob" is slang for shillings in the old LSD pre-decimal British currency system (coins worth 5 pence in the modern system).

They had high market shares in countries with much smaller populations than the US, so in terms of number of countries (particularly in Europe and South America), it dominated in far more of them than the C64 did.

It's based on helloSystem (at least the GUI is), which you may remember from a few years ago?

Is that with Orange (France Telecom)? I don't have such issues with Free.

Dammit!

We'd be using wind and water power, as we've done since well before the Industrial Revolution.

I use the F-Droid apps Transistor to listen to streaming radio and Antennapod for podcasts on an old phone:

And BASIC in ROM.

Right, that ROM BASIC was such a waste for them for years.

Some clone makers quickly found out ways take advantage of that space adding more RAM there. Then bit later it came area where you could even map over 1MB placed memory blocks there with a config.sys loaded driver.

Why not just use Fluff Busting Purity?

One of four extensions I run, I hope they never give up. A while back they mentioned it being harder and harder to maintain.
